ETI DATA EXTRACT - AUDIT REPORT - PRINTING AS TEXT FILE AND NOT EXCEL SPREADSHEET

Why is it on Excel 365 that the ETI DATA EXTRACT ON AUDIT REPORTS, print as a csv comma delimited file in excel and not as a spreadsheet. It is really time consuming to go and transform all data to columns?

Any solutions please?
