UIF of a Resident Non-Executive Director

I got a UIF problem on a non-exect director, the UIF department said we need to pay UIF for this person but the UIF on the payslip stays R0.00 so I not sure if they dont pay or if my master file is set up wrong

Please check if you have not exempted or excluded this employee from UIF in their Masterfile > Statutory > Details > UIF
