Is there a problem with ESS today? Not sure if the global Microsoft problem has anything to do with this?

1. There are items in my Inbox but it doesn't show on the Dashboard

2. It is taking a long time for tabs to open

3. When I go into my Inbox and try to approve the leave lying there I get an error
