HR has 2 ways to create a database , 1 is to switch and synchronize data from the Payroll company database to HR , the other is to create a new database that is not going to be related to any Payroll company databases.

The latter can be created by switching to HR, then File > New  and create a new company .

You will click on the Switch to HR icon on your Toolbar. Once you switched to the HR Module Click File, click Open and select the company and enter the password to log into the company. Please do the following once you are logged into the HR Company.

Apparently we are lockout from HR Module. We are looking to find ways under the same Company, to recreate the HR module.

Second option we are tried was creating a new company with Payroll and HR module. Restore the Payroll backup from original company but the restoration process give us an error.
