I am hoping someone will be able to help me.
We had to move our payroll (Pastel Payroll 2023) on to my work PC as we moved to a new building and our server was going to be offline for a while.
I work on two different companies within Payroll and one company the ESS is working like normal and payslips are being uploading and leave has been pulled through. However the second company ESS is not working.
Is there a setting that we have missed for the second company?

Please follow the steps below:
1. Open your Pastel Payroll and ensure that Sage Connected Service is running, by going to your hidden icons. (In the bottom right hand corner of your screen).
2. Right click on Sage Connected Services and select Options.
3. Select Test Connection and ensure that it was successful.
4. Select OK to upload the Administrator profile and employees again.
5. Open your computer’s Task Manger select SageCSClient.exe then select End Task/Process. This will be found in the processes tab for Windows 7 and the Details tab for windows 8/10.
6. Go to your Windows Start Button and search for Start Service to start up your services.
