Pastel ESS Custom Claim Form

Question

I have custom overtime claim in ESS linked to Pastel Payroll. For some reason any new employees does not have access to this specific custom claim form on ESS although the standard leave and and mileage claim form is visible. Am I perhaps missing a setting somewhere?

 Thank you for the post. 
 You need to make sure that the new employees are added on the workflow management of the custom claim document. 
 Once these new employees are added on the workflow of the document, they will be able to see the custom transaction.
