ESS Recalled Leave transaction

Question

Hi 
 A colleague tried to delete a leave transaction, but then the status changed to "Recalled" and now she can't get it deleted 
 She has clicked "Cancel" and "Archive on the transaction but it stays in her Inbox as 1 unread message 
 please help!

 Compliments of the New Season. 
 Is the colleague you are referring to an employee who applied for leave and then tried to delete the leave they applied for or someone who was meant to approve the leave?

Hello Sheila 
 We have tested on multiple profiles, and when a Recalled Leave Inbox message is archived, it gets removed from the Inbox. 
 What you can do is to send an email to support.pastelpayroll@sage.com , attach this conversation link, together with your esssync.vdb4 file which can be found under C:\Payroll so that I can escalate your query and have the unread Inbox message removed.
