Error with easyfile - Source code 4118

Source code 4118 - ETI value does not equal the sum of all monthly calculated ETI.

Can you please help me fix this?

What do I need to do? No exceptions came up before I printed the electronic certificates, and now that my Accountant is trying to submit them to easyfile, she is getting this error.

Hi RiversideTracyCat,

Thank you for the post.

You will need to check the entire years EMP 201 and match it against what has been submitted to SARS.

Once you see the difference it can be that it was not paid over correctly or the Payroll Administrator might have done a ETI Adjustment on the masterfile that changed the amounts.
