When you open your company and you get this message, then it means that your leave items have synched down to your Pastel Payroll and that you can now create your leave batch.

Please follow the below guide that will show you how to create your leave batch and how to upload it to your payslip.

Once you have updated the payslip from the batch screen it will update the payslips, change the leave days due in Payroll and process the leave items.  It will also remove that message if all the items have been moved to the batch screen.

If you have travel or other batches, you will have to separately create those batches in the same way.
