For leave to accrue you will need to add an Entitlement, this is the annual leave for the employees as per their contract.

For example if I need to accrue 1.25 days in a month it will be 15 (annual days) / 12 months per year = 1.25.

Is there a need to manually enter the accrual value under Employee Master, Leave Tab,  Cycle Leave Entitlement column? Hence, 0001 Annual Leave has formula, the value should auto reflect in Cycle Leave Entitlement column right?

The leave entitlement is specific to company/employee once you have entered it manually then the accrual will be automatically each period.
