Form Designer Overflow / 482 Error

Hi,

I modified the form PSLPSRE.ENZ under company folder directory. The update was nothing fancy, a new logo and text label. Now when I preview the form the designer returns an overflow error. When I use the updated form when reprinting the payslips it returns an error code 482.

Thank you for the post.

Please can you change the default printer to a Microsoft printer or Print to PDF and see if you still get the same error?

Hi CHRISTELLE,

The default printer for all tabs is Microsoft Print to PDF from File, Printer / Font Setup

Please can you confirm if the form is still in the Company Folder.

Are you viewing it to the screen or in a specific file format?

Hi Christelle,

The form is still in the company folder.

From View, Payroll Report, Reprint Payslip; Print to Printer, E-mail and Self Service but all end in same error.

Hi jon.eor

Can you print the payslips on the standard layout and or reports.

If you cannot please refresh the default printer, disable and enable.

Please refresh the printer under File/Printer Font Setup.
