Run-time error '-2147467859 (800004005)': Fixed

The problem with the Update Version 2023 Update 2 resolved.

Problem: After updating payroll to Version 2023 Update 2 on a terminal server you get a popup that you need to create a new online account before you can work on payroll for connected services. I did just that and the you can only work on one profile at a time in Payroll if someone els logges into the Server into payroll you get this errors Run-time error '-2147467859 (800004005)': Access is denied. The payroll stops working. SAGE connected services is not running on all the server profiles.

The fix

Create a shortcut on each user's profile on the Server so that they can run the connected services manually on their profile.

After you start the Service, you open payroll, and the problem is no more, and everything is working.
