Dear All,

I recently installed Pastel Payroll/HR on  a cloud server and users with different profile could login. Suddenly, only the Admin can login now. When another user logs in, a message pops up after entering the password " Run Time Error-Access Denied"

I have sent multiple support request to Sage support but no one responded to me. 

Kindly assist if you know how this could be resolved.
