How do I process a deduction based on a percentage of the fixed basic salary

Good day 
 
 I am trying to set up a new transaction in which I can enter the qty and it will times that quantity by a percentage of the hourly wage I select. 
 
 Is there a way to do this?

Hello SamanthaJWeppelman 
 So after having read your post what you can do is if you have a % for all hourly wages than you can use the transaction code 5502 otherwise you will have to contact our business partner to set it up for you.
