How to change pay frequencies set up incorrectly

Question

I set up Pay Frequencies incorrectly using period 3 instead of 1. 
 It is a new company from scratch but I have captured 150 staff (approx) and cant see myself recapturing. 
 Please assist. 
 They are monthly paid.
