Things we have tried:

- Reinstalled connected services

- Reinstalled Pervasive

- Reinstalled Pastel Payroll Version 2025.1

- Checked and removed all folder permissions to the companies and Payroll Directory 

- Restored a previous dates company backup and the problem continues

We have escalated the matter with support as what I have found is that since the 2025.1 update processing a Payslip for an employee now requires sole access mode where in the past this was not the case.

Hmm that's strange, but I'm certain our team will investigate and provide you with a solid solution.

Hi Jonathan have you tired removing the Employment Verification tick box from the Setup...Company Parameters and then tried testing the payslip?
