OID return

Question

Good day, 
 
 I would like to know how can I retrieve the OID return as during the year end rollover it wasnt processed. I have tried to go back to the copy of the company for the previous financial year end but it gives me an error that all pay frequencies must be in year end before processing the OID return? How do i do that? The Company was assisted by an external consultant for the roll over.

Hi Zinhle Six , 
 Thank you for the post. 
 Please make sure that you are in the Copy Company (Period at the bottom should say [2023 - 2024]) 
 Also make sure that at the top it states 'Copy' 
 
 If this does not show you will need to do a Year End to copy the company. 
 
 Make a backup of the active company. 
 Restore back to the February backup 
 Do the Year End Year End: Procedure to Prepare and Roll Over 
 Once done your 'active' company will be in March, you will then restore the backup that was done. 
 Once in the correct period. 
 Open the Copy company and try again.
