Unable to email payslips out of Payroll since installing 2025.1 - no default mail client found - the Outlook is 64 bit Office Standard 2010 - I am thinking the Outlook is not compatible and needs to be upgraded? 

To note, able to email out of Sage 50Cloud Partner on same PC with same Outlook without error.

    The below are a few settings you can check with your IT department to see if they have been setup.

    1. Set Outlook as Default on the Mail Setup in the Control panel .
    2. The Outlook.exe file needs to be present in the program files.
    3. In Windows 8/10 select Setting > Click on Default Apps and select Outlook.
    4. Check if Outlook.exe is enabled and running on the Task Manager
    5. Make sure there are no duplicate users or MS Outlook versions.
    6. If Outlook is running as Administrator, Pastel payroll must also be running as Administrator  > (Right-click the Payroll icon > Properties >Compatibility tab > Run as Administrator)
    7. Reboot the machine after setting Outlook as a default app.

    Please also check if both are running as administrator or both are not running as administrator.
