I understand this is a requirement of the new versions of Pastel Payroll and Pastel Partner, but I need assistance.

I have clients complaining that this window keeps popping up continuously and even after logging in it still regularly wants sign-in details. Is there a way to solve this problem as I have tried not signing in and signing in and it makes little difference to how regularly this happens. Does anybody else have the same problem?
