Employee on Maternity leave deleted.

Hi All,

I accidentally deleted an employee on maternity leave when finalizing my tax year end.

I wasn't aware of it until now when she started again. Is there a way I can find the deleted profile or should i re-load all of her info on a new clock number?

Thank you for the post.

Please note that all Maternity Employees' needed to be reinstated before you did the Year End so they can be seen as 'Active Employees' on the Payroll.

You will need to restore back to February and redo the Year End with the reinstated employee once rolled over you will need to re-terminate and reinstate with the correct date when the employee returned.

You will need to reprocess from March.

Year End: Re-Terminate employee for maternity leave
