If you are currently printing your payslips to a dot matrix printer and wish to continue printing your payslips to the dot matrix printer after migrating to or going live on Sage Business Cloud Payroll Professional, you will need to test if the payslips print correct.

The Hardware screen is no longer available on SBCPP and when printing, all documents print to PDF, are then downloaded and then printed to the desired printer. Option 1 is also no longer available during the printing process.

We cannot guarantee that dot matrix printers will work as required and therefore do not recommend the use of dot matrix printers when using Sage Business Cloud Payroll Professional. We suggest you setup the New Payslips.
