Status 93: Indicates that a record or file is locked by another user or process.
- Wait a while and try again as another user can be busy with the record.
- Ask all users to exit and wait 2 minutes and try again.
- If you still cannot access contact support for assistance.
Status 98: Indicates that something is wrong with the file indexing. The user will, therefore, have to do a rebuild on the data.
- On the Company Listing screen
- Select the Help Menu
- Select Support Help
- Click on the Rebuild option
