How should I resolve status errors?

Status 93: Indicates that a record or file is locked by another user or process.

  • Wait a while and try again as another user can be busy with the record.
  • Ask all users to exit and wait 2 minutes and try again.
  • If you still cannot access contact support for assistance.

Status 98: Indicates that something is wrong with the file indexing. The user will, therefore, have to do a rebuild on the data.

  • On the Company Listing screen
  • Select the Help Menu
  • Select Support Help
  • Click on the Rebuild option
