A patch for Release 5.2c have been deployed on the cloud to address a few issues recently reported on Payroll Professional.

Hi there, I have a client who is struggling to print her payslips. They only print once she has printed the paylsip on the individual employees payslips screen. Is there a solution for this ?

Hi Tshego,

We are aware that there was an issue on Thursday which affected users printing payslips, but this was resolved on the same day.

Does your client still experience the same issue?
