We are aware of the performance issue that are blocking certain users from launching the payroll instances. Our technical team is working hard to identify the source of it. 

Description of incident:

When you launch you subscription from the Landing Page, the screen reflect a "Connecting to Server..." message, then "Loading...", but then returns to the Landing page.

Users are thus unable to access the payroll.
