SBCPP: Users unable to launch subscriptions

We have become aware that some users are experiencing difficulty and are unable to launch their payrolls.
When the you click on Launch, the message "Connecting to server appears" and then returns to subscription page, without opening the payroll.
The following notification message will display on your subscription landing page (if you do not see the message, press the F5 button on your keyboard to refresh the page)
