How will I know that the ETI Validation patch has installed successfully?
When you run the ETI Validation tool, Step 2 (Extract Data and Amend) the system will complete the extraction process successfully.

The following issue has been identified which affect some users:
When selecting to run Step two (Extract Data and Amend) on the ETI Validation tool, the system hangs in the following scenario:
An employee with a Date engaged in a prior year, e.g. 2020, but only receiving income for the first time in this year, e.g. 2021
Solution suggestion:
An ETI Validation patch will be deployed on the system on Saturday 13 February 2021.
