The service has been restored and users are able to login to the application.

We are aware of the performance issue affecting users attempting to access Payroll Professional.
When you click on Login, the message appear "The service is unavailable." and is not able to login with the Sage account details.
Initially, users received the message below:
Our technicians are working to resolve the issue and provide a solution as soon as possible.
