The new Tax File for Malawi for 2023/2024, effective April 2023 was deployed on 17 April 2023. The following notice appears on the subscription screen.

Take note:
- The Tax File for Malawi forms part of the Africa Tax Module, which is shared with multiple Africa tax countries.
- The Tax File Version 202302 released on 17 April 2023, includes the Malawi changes and the current tax files for other countries which was included in Version 202301
- When accessing any of the companies linked to the Africa Tax Module, you will receive the following notification:
- When you select Yes, the system will apply the rules/tables in the current version
- When you select No, the system will close.
The tax file included patch files to resolve the following issues:
- NBCRFLI - PDF report did not download during export
- 12 Month History Reports - Total Perks reflected zero during export
- Swaziland Reports - "File does not exist" error during export
