Our team have been monitoring the system which has been performing as expected.

The cause has been identified and changes have been applied to improve the performance of the system during the processes. 

Users will be able to continue with the process again, and the technical team will continue to monitor the performance of the system.

We are aware of an event with Sage Business Cloud Payroll Professional that might impact some customers.

The error message "Execution Timeout Expired" appears when performing a Start of a new Pay Period in your payroll company:
