RESOLVED | Technical issue: Unable to start a new pay period error "The page isn't working" when launching the payroll subscription

Update 15:30

The issue is now resolved and user will be able to launch payroll without error.

The identified cause has been fixed and measures in place for it not to occur in the future.

We are aware of an event with Sage Business Cloud Payroll Professional that might impact some customers.

The error message "The page isn't working"  and "HTTP ERROR 500" appears when attempting to launch the payroll from the subscription screen:

The team has identified the cause and are currently working on it and will give more information as we progress.
