One of the requirements for Payroll Professional, is that the pop-up blockers are turned off.

The reason why this must be turned off, is because you will receive in-app messages requiring you to confirm (e.g. Click Yes or No) to complete a process.

Any computer accessing Payroll Professional, and browser used, should comply with this in order for the system to work correctly.
