I have six employees on learnership and qualifying on ETI but when i run my EMP201 the ETI is being calculated it on 0, i have check everything and nothing is wrong.Please assist me where is possible.

To see why an employee does not qualify for ETI, refer to the ETI History screen (When you access the Payslip Screen, click on the ETI button, and select the current year and month) - The reason will display in the Comments field why the employee does not qualify for ETI.
Please review and make changes according to the message, since the reason could indicate the employee is not within age bracket, does not have a valid ID, wage or remuneration not within limits etc.

All these employees are qualifying with the age,wages and have a valid ID but still my payroll doesn`t want to caculate.

If the employee qualifies, I thing you need to confirm is in line to qualify and calculate ETI
If you are unable to find the reason, you can contact the support team with the details of the ETI History screen (remember to block out any personal information) to review.
