Everytime I try to launch to the entity page I get the following error:
I have reset users. I have re-logged in and still no joy. I cant even access the support.
I have checked, debit order did go off and showing as credit.

What is your Site Code? How long does it take to open the new tab after clicking the Launch button? We have a 15 second time out on opening Payroll once you click Launch.
