Latest TERS report still not uploading

Good day,

After recent notification from SAGE the TERS report has been amended.  I have re-run the reports, however we still can't seem to upload onto the TERS website.

Can anyone please assist.

  • Good day Vanessa. Do you get any messages when trying to upload? We have had many clients using our report and managed to upload it successfully.

      Hi there Shani,

    If we upload we get this:

    1 -  Employee details has been successfully loaded. You will receive and email when the TERS application is processed.

    2 - Employer not yet captured. If CSV file is sent, The file was invalid and hence failed loading. Please resend the file.

    We are on the latest TERS version, as per SAGE notification.... 

    All other uploads before the 29th April were successful and client's have already paid out.

    Good day Vanessa. Is this the first time you are uploading for this specific company or are you uploading again? I will see if I can find more information for you as to what the message means.

    Morning Shani,

    All uploads (various companies) are just not uploading after Thursday last week.... tried the same clients again yesterday, same errors.

    Have to load each staff member manually. For the smaller clients this is fine, but our bigger clients, this just isn't productive right now.
