Submission IRP5 test in Easyfile

Hi,

We are using VIP as payroll calculation for South Africa. We are at year end, and we face an issue to load the IRP5 in test into easyfile. The validation of the file is giving us a "Failed due to an unexpected error".

We went back to our host support to get help. They load the same file and get a successful vaildation. We tried it again, still same error. We tried in different PC and every time we get this unexpected error. Our IT department doesn't have any idea why we have this issue. We are reaching the end of May, without solution. Any of you faced this before and could help to find a solution ? Is it the format of the file ?

    Good day KDU. Kindly send a copy here of the exact message you get when you import the file into e@syFile. We will then see if we have any information on how to resolve the issue. Kind Regards.

    Good day KDU. I have a suspicion that your e@syFile database might be corrupt. If there was an issue with the IRP5 file, it would not have imported on other e@syFile systems. Just to be sure, please send me your email address so that I can send you an email and then you can send me your file to review before you install a clean e@syFile.
