Is there a problem with SSS at the moment?
I have been unable to upload my August payslips.
All August claims pulled through twice. Luckily I noticed this and could change before I paid the staff. Is this perhaps something that I did unknowingly?

I only see 1 payslip for period 8 (August) where period 6 and 8 had 24 payslips. Please print the payslips again, make sure you select all the options, exclude the email option.
There is a possible problem with the syncing of transactions. We are working on a solution. I will keep you informed.

I have still not received a reply on this.
I have been unable to print August payslips. July printed fine and so did September. I am doing the exact same thing that I have done for the other months so I just don't understand what the problem could be.
