An administrator of manager as defined on the Default Approval Structure, will be able to apply on behalf of employees on Self Service.

• When logged in on Self Service, select Manager from the menu
• The employee list will display
• Click on Manage
• Select the option Apply for Leave
• Take note, the transaction will still follow the approval process as defined on Self Service.
