IMPORTING NEW EMPLOYEES

Good day, please could you assist me, I have a company which I need to run payroll for. They have sent me their current payroll reports (Actions Report, Employee Payment Schedule, Employee Variance, Leave Balance, Leave Taken, Payroll Analysis, Payroll Audit, Payslips Casuals, Payslips Monhtly & Hourly, Summary Costing report, Summary Deduction Report, VET Levy report and Summary, I am not sure what platform they are using at the moment. My question is as follows: can I upload an excel or some kind of bulk file with all the relevant info obtained from them? If so, is there a specific template/layout it should be in? 

Your assistance will be greatly appreciated. (this is for a Namibian company)
