This is a standard report and should be there by default. If not, you can try importing it: https://za-kb.sage.com/portal/app/portlets/results/viewsolution.jsp?solutionid=200319084512684&page=1&position=2&q=batch%20import%20reports

If the report is already there, it will just override the existing one but then you can see on which line number it is.

Hi there, I have done this earlier today, after being advsied to do so by one of the sage consultants, but still no joy. I do not even have IRP5/ITA3 in the report import section.

505 Payroll Bank Details
506 Payroll Earn/Deductions by Method
507 -MISSING- NOTHING HERE it continues with
508 Payroll External Payments

The issue has therefore not been resolved as yet.

What else is there to do, I do have a case reference number and Esther M, the live chat consultant, was sent this case number after she assisted me via live chat this morning. The issue has not been resolved, please could someone assist. Thank you

Do you have a Business Partner that you work with? Your BP generally will have access to your system and should be able to log in and have a look. If you do not know who your BP is, send me your site code and I can try and find out for you. Unfortunately I cannot access any info for tickets logged with Sage as only they will be able to see that information.

If I had he correct report, it would most certanly have worked, but there seems to be some issue somewhere with IRP5 report missing
