Good morning, I have an error #1009 when trying to submit my 2023 returns on Easyfile. Has anyone encountered such an error and how did you resolve it?
Good morning, it was just 'Error code #1009'. I restored from Back Up and then did the whole process and then submitted. EasyFile was happy with that (I hope). Thank you for your response.

Based on the information provided, a restore was the only known solution. Its unfortunate you had to do it, but just glad you were able to process and submit!
Yes, was unable to change to the selected company for just the one company. But it is sorted now. Thank you.
