Hello Susan,

As part of the migration of data from a Sage VIP subscription to a Sage Business Cloud Payroll Professional subscription is quite easy, and only have the following pre-requisites:

• The release version of the desktop payroll data must be the same as the version on Sage Business Cloud Payroll Professional. Click here for details on the latest version.
• The Site Code on both desktop and cloud application must be the same.

In some cases, where the payroll data is received from another subscription with a different Site Code, the customer Support team can assist by providing a temporary code to assist and align the desktop and cloud application
