I created a compnay on SAGE Payroll Professional and need to replicate it on SSS, how do i do it?

    Hi NIKIWE,

    We recommend that you contact your Business Partner consultant for setup assistance, as they will be able to help you set up and define the workflows and security settings as per your business requirements.

    Here are the basic* steps to follow to upload you payroll profiles to Self Service.

    Payroll:

    • Ensure the Leave Setup is correct (Leave Days Control, Public Holiday Calendar and Leave Employee Leave Screens )
    • Upload the company and administrator profiles (Self Service > Sage Self Service > Company Setup)
    • Upload the System Setup, including Leave and Claim Types (Self Service > Sage Self Service > System Setup)
    • Activate Consent and Upload the Employees ((Self Service > Sage Self Service > Employee Setup)

    Self Service:

    • Define Non Payroll users
    • Define Default Approval Structure for all employees
    • Define Approval Workflows
    • Define Security Groups
    • Send out new user password resets

    * These steps are not the full setup process, and is included in the Sage University Training or will be done by your consultant.
