I would recommend to review the Flexi Financial layout, to ensure the input is processed correct. 

Prerequisites:

• The overtime line must be defined as Hours Input or Unit Input
• A Method of Calculation must be defined

When you access you Flexi Financial Layout:

• Select the overtime line from the list of Earnings/Deductions
• Select the Method of Calculation (used with the input given)
• The line automatically will be set to accumulate, for when additional batches are imported

Example:

The Overtime 1.5 earning line is line 04, and I selected to update the Amount column, using Method of Calculation 1 (Hours @ 1.5), and will accumulate when imported.
