Flexi Financial Import

Question

Hi 
 I created batches for deductions as well as hours using Flexi - the deductions works 100%, but when I import the hours it does not convert to values. For instance - if the 1.5 overtime hours = 23 hours the Rand overtime = R23, not 23 x 1.5 x Rate per hour. 
 Can you please assist?

 I would recommend to review the Flexi Financial layout, to ensure the input is processed correct. 
 Prerequisites: 
 
 The overtime line must be defined as Hours Input or Unit Input 
 A Method of Calculation must be defined 
 
 When you access you Flexi Financial Layout: 
 
 Select the overtime line from the list of Earnings/Deductions 
 Select the Method of Calculation (used with the input given) 
 The line automatically will be set to accumulate, for when additional batches are imported

Example: 
 
 The Overtime 1.5 earning line is line 04, and I selected to update the Amount column, using Method of Calculation 1 (Hours @ 1.5), and will accumulate when imported.
