What do I do, if an employee resigned in the month of increases. Do I pay her leave pay on the increased rate, or on the previous rate?

We have our annual increases due and have received a notice letter in the month prior.

So, her notice month is effectively the month we get our increases.

Do I still give her the increase, which will affect her leave days paid out (it will be calculated on the new rate).

Please help.
