Getting kicked out does not sound normal, as this usually will only happen when the connection is broken, and the current authentication cannot link the subscription with your Sage ID.
What we usually suggest is to access the system with an "incognito" or "inprivate" session on the browser, as this ensure that no encrypted data is cached.

This is a busy time of the month, with the majority of employers finliasing payrolls, however the team is monitoring to make sure everything runs smoothly.
We have had the same issue, and it is very slow today as well. The system keeps hanging after each input made.
