Could you please supply me with a link to where the NBCEI have posted this submission date.  I have not been able to find any dates for when the files should be submitted on either the NBCEI or DoEL websites.

I will then be able to send it on to the correct department for confirmation.

Regarding the "minimum wage" do we then put in the actual salary that the individual employee gets every month eg; employee X get R8400.00 per month before deductions or do we calculate 8400.00 over 3 week period if the shutdown is from the 27/03/20-16/04/20 or is there an actual % that UIF will use.

The minimum wage is usually a wage that is specific by sector/job discription.  So you need to find out from your labour broker what your industries Minimum wage is.  I understand from the email that was sent out by UIF that they emphasize that the correct minimum wage is applied

Can you please give me more clarity on your question?  Are you revering to your next weekly pay run? As far as I understand it the TERS file isn't a weekly file that needs to be submitted, it is a once of file that needs to be submitted for relief during lock down.

But I am not sure, if you have any documentation from the DoEL stating that this file needs to be submitted every week or by a specific date please share it with me so I can get clarity for you.

My query relates not the weekly submission of the file i do understand it being a once of submission.

We as employers need to take into account getting our staff paid on time so we need to apply to UIF as soon as possible to avoid cash flow problems come month end. One would expect the payment assistance from UIF to start this month . So there is an urgent need to get the submission in as soon as possible.

Does anyone know how long it takes once the CSV file is submitted to DoEL to have the claim paid over to a company?

I am not sure but according to this article they seem to be paying out claims daily .

Hi  Daurayne, on the C19 TERS Temporary employee / employer relief scheme there is a template which I've used to process our claims to the department.  Do you know what the ## each file should have footer record as under F|2050

Hi, can anyone please help me.  I have spoken to our labour broker and they say that for my company industry the minimum rate of pay for my company industry is R20.76 per hour.  I'm  but this cant be correct as I have a general manager who is earning more than this rate and my warehouse guy is also earning more than this rate.  How or where do I find rates to put in my UIF claim that is reasonable in "Sector Minimum wage per month" is there a formula that I can use to calculate? if I don't put anything in the form it will be discarded.

Please help!!     

According to the information I received from the UIF deparment, the minimum wage amount to be used is R3500

Good day.I got my TERS excel file from SAGE Payroll thank you.When in Windows i am required to via control panel to list separator and change the comma to pipe.My Windows 7 and Windows10 laptops only have the comma option,they do not give any other option.Please advice how else to get the "pipe".
