ETI no longer showing on payroll company file for previous year.

I have a backup for a company that has not done the year end yet, however there is no ETI records even though there was ETI claimed. They must have had the details loaded so not sure why I cant see it or print it on the system.

Thank you for your inquiry.
Please may you grant me Support Access so that I can investigate this quickly.
To grant Support Access - click on your name/email address in the top right hand corner of the black bar, click on Manage Accounts, click on the Support tab and then click on the Grant Access button in the bottom left hand side of your screen.
Please advise what is your site code so that we further investigate
