Please note that according to our Sage City Article, our compliance department is communicating with the relevant authorities and with PAGSA (Payroll Authors Group of South Africa) to ensure that the relevant information is obtained and incorporated in the correct ways.

Therefore, we are investigating this with the required stakeholders to get clarification and more information.

We are expecting to post more information on the 1st of April as it is expected that the draft bills will be released soon.  Once the draft bills are released our compliance team will be able to give us more feedback on what still needs to be clarified.
