From what I have read, it looks like empoyers who did not pay salaries in addition to TERS payment do not qualify for ETI.

This assumption is based on TERS payment not clasified as remuneration and ETI requires at least minimum wage to qualify.

Please confirm.

I lot of companies would be in this position and unable to claim ETI.
